RICHMOND, Va., April 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Vaco Richmond, a local company of nationally recognized project consulting and direct hire placement firm, Vaco, has promoted three top performers. Amy Miller, Mary Lynne Staib and Jessica Barnes will now serve as Managing Partner, Technology Lead Partner and Business Lead Partner respectively.
Miller has gradually taken on leadership responsibilities during her 10 year tenure at Vaco. The position of Managing Partner was previously held by Renee Fisher who now serves in an Executive Partner role. Miller sits on the Board of Directors at the Junior Achievement of Central Virginia.
Staib has been with Vaco for eight years, working in sales for the technology practice. Staib has strong ties in the technology field, currently serving on the Board of Directors for RichTech and holding a chair position for Women in Technology.
Barnes' success in Business Development resulted in the creation of this new role. She currently serves on the Boards of Venture Forum RVA and the Richmond Downtown YMCA as well as the Advisory Council for The Richmond Ballet.
