New Jersey offices of Ernst & Young LLP announce new leadership promotions

ISELIN, N.J., Aug. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ernst & Young LLP recently announced promotions of eleven professionals in its Iselin and Secaucus offices. "These professionals demonstrate our ongoing commitment to developing outstanding leaders," said New Jersey Office Managing Partner Tim Tracy. George Carey was promoted to executive director of the firm. George is a member of the firm's Transaction Advisory Services practice, specializing in the evaluation of complex business decisions through the application of modeling tools and analytics. 

Victoria F. Causa was promoted to director of the firm. Victoria is a member of EY Global Services, focusing on strengthening our talent processes and continuing the firm's commitment to employee engagement.

Oleg Dementyev was promoted to executive director of the firm. Oleg is a member of the firm's Advisory practice, focusing on the performance technology and SAP services in various sectors.

Raffaela Donnelly was promoted to executive director of the firm. Raffaela is a member of the firm's Human Capital practice, focusing on the financial services sectors.

Edward Glynn was promoted to principal of the firm. Edward is a member of the firm's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services practice, focusing on the life sciences and health care sectors.

Jason Kopec was promoted to executive director of the firm. Jason is a member of the firm's Assurance practice, focusing on the consumer and industrial products sectors.

Patrick W. Lafferty was promoted to executive director of the firm. Patrick is a member of the firm's Advisory practice, focusing on a number of global diversified industrial product clients. 

Lishin Lin was promoted to director of the firm. Lishin is a member of the firm's IT Services, focusing on the Information security policy, certification and compliance.

Anthony Sgammato was promoted to partner of the firm. Anthony is a member of the firm's Assurance practice, focusing on the diversified industrial products and medical device sectors.

Licete Snediker was promoted to partner of the firm. Licete is a member of the firm's Assurance practice, focusing on the technology sector.

Nicole Zabinski was promoted to executive director of the firm. Nicole is a member of the firm's Assurance practice.
