New Jersey Health Foundation Presents Excellence in Teaching, Research Awards
NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J., June 16, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- New Jersey Health Foundation honored 16 faculty members from Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences and Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine with 2016 Excellence in Teaching and Excellence in Research Awards which were presented at individual school convocations.
Each winner, selected by his or her school, received a framed award and an honorarium to advance his or her teaching or research abilities during the course of the coming year.
The Excellence in Teaching Awards program was started 27 years ago to recognize the teaching ability of outstanding faculty members. The Excellence in Research Awards program began nine years ago to recognize faculty members for outstanding research performed during the academic year.
