Analyst Update: Regulatory Notice, Financial Outlook, Quarterly Results, New Technologies, and Upcoming Event

The European stocks rose for the third straight session on Monday amid rising expectations that the European Central Bank will unveil a bond-buying programme this week to save the Euro zone from deflation. Riding high on the hopes of a massive QE rollout, investors also shrugged off uncertainty looming over upcoming Greek election. A recent Reuters' poll showed that 18 out of 20 traders expect the ECB will announce a €600 billion sovereign QE programme this week. The Stoxx Europe 600 index added 0.2% to close at 353.18. US markets remained closed for a public holiday. In Asia, markets ended mostly higher, tracking a rally on Wall Street and a rebound in the oil prices, but China's Shanghai Composite was an exception. The Chinese benchmark index fell over 7% on Monday, marking its biggest-one day drop since 2008 financial crisis, after the country's regulators cracked down on speculative lending.
Landauer Inc (Landauer) announced that it has received a notice indicating that the Company is in non-compliance with the NYSE's continued listing requirements, under the timely filing criteria. The Company also said it is postponing its annual meeting, which was previously scheduled for February 19, 2015.
Speaking at the Deutsche Bank Global Auto Industry Conference on January 13, 2015, Lear Corporation (Lear) - a leading global supplier of automotive seating and electrical distribution systems said it anticipates sixth consecutive year of increasing sales, adjusted EPS and strong free cash flow in 2015.
Lennox International (Lennox) to announce Q4 2014 financial results on February 2, 2015, before the market opening, followed by a conference call, the same day at 8:30 a.m. CT. Chairman & CEO Todd Bluedorn and CFO Joe Reitmeier will attend the call on the Company's behalf and will also take questions from call participants.
LG Display Co. Ltd (LG Display) presented the latest advancements in the industry, including its global leadership in OLED technology, during recently concluded CES 2015 in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9, 2015 under the theme of "Leading Technology, Great Design & Picture Quality, and Differentiation".
Lindsay Corporation (Lindsay) - a provider of irrigation systems and infrastructure products, reported lower Q1 FY 2015 topline and bottom-line numbers. "The current market challenges in agriculture to continue into calendar 2015," says CEO.
