New Gulf Visa® Card Accelerates Savings For Consumers

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Dec. 2, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gulf Oil LP, one of the fastest growing branded marketers of energy products in the U.S., today announced the launch of its new Gulf Visa^® Card to accelerate savings and convenience for consumers across its 32-state service area.  Customers earn points redeemable for Gulf Gift Cards to buy gas, repairs and in-store merchandise at over 2,500 Gulf-branded stations whenever they use the card – including earning 3 points for every $1 spent on any purchases at participating Gulf locations.

Saving with the Gulf Visa Card:

• The Gulf Visa Card, issued through Gulf's partnership with First Bankcard^®, a division of First National Bank of Omaha and a leading issue of credit cards, has, and no limit on loyalty points that can be earned.
• Card holders earn three points for every $1 spent on any purchase at participating Gulf stations, and one point for every $1 spent elsewhere.
• Points are redeemed in 2,000 point increments.  Each 2,000 points equate to a $20 Gulf Gift Card.  Gulf Gift Cards are sent automatically to customers in increments of $20, $40, $60, $80 and $100.
• Customers can use their Gulf Gift Cards to purchase gas, services or other items at any of the more that 2,500 Gulf branded stations in the United States.
