Giuseffi, MD, and Mark Ryzewicz, MD, are the newest orthopedic surgeons to join the expert team of doctors at Black Hills Orthopedic & Spine Center, located at 7220 South Highway 16 in Rapid City. As a fellowship-trained sports medicine surgeon, Dr. Giuseffi specializes in caring for sports-related injuries and conditions. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan prior to completing residency training at the Mayo Clinic and fellowship training at the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center.
Dr. Ryzewicz is a fellowship-trained surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle injuries and conditions. After receiving his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Dr. Ryzewicz completed residency training at the University of Colorado Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopy at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases and in orthopedic foot and ankle surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
