DENVER, May 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- In addition to the recent announcement of Uniqlo and For The Win (FTW) at Denver Pavilions, Victoria's Secret is opening a new, 7,100-square-foot space on level 2.
The expanded footprint and new location will include both the Victoria's Secret line and the popular PINK line targeted to 15-22 year-olds. Victoria's Secret is the leading specialty retailer of women's intimate apparel and other apparel. The store is known for fashion-inspired collections, lingerie and swimwear, prestige fragrances and cosmetics and a world-famous runway show. The PINK line includes underwear, sleepwear, loungewear, beauty products and accessories.
Victoria Secret was an original tenant at Denver Pavilions when it opened in 1998. The new store is a 40% expansion in size from the original space on level 1 and positions the store in heart of the apparel offerings in the Center.
The May 27 store opening signals the continued success of the tenants at Denver Pavilions.
"As one of the most successful retailers in the industry, Victoria's Secret's additional traffic will positively affect the other retailers throughout the Center and particularly on level 2," said Gart Properties President Mark Sidell.
The location is centrally located and highly visible on level 2 on the "bridge" over Glenarm Street. The retailer is in between the newly remodeled Bath & Body Works and the award-winning I HEART Denver store.
This latest tenant expansion follows a surge of leasing activity and merchant enhancements in Downtown's strongest retail environment. These enhancements include landing the first-in-market global fashion retailer Uniqlo, state-of-the-art gaming arcade and gastropub For The Win (FTW), interior design and decoration hotspot H&M Home and the newly remodeled United Artists Theater with luxury recliner seats and cocktail lounge.
