New Executives Bolster Intalio as It Expands Into New Markets

PALO ALTO, Calif., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Intalio, Inc., the Enterprise Cloud Company, today announced that three new executives are joining the company, bringing strategic experience in core areas of the business to bolster Intalio's expansion into new technology areas and global markets. Marc Friend, CFO, Vishal Saxena, Vice President of Engineering of the Intalio|Works division, and Joanne Syben, Vice President of Engineering of the Intalio|Cloud division, are seasoned executive leaders from top silicon valley firms.

Marc Friend is responsible for strategic investments, business models, and all areas of finance and accounting for both the Intalio|Cloud and Intalio|Works divisions. Prior to Intalio, Mr. Friend held operational roles in Product Management at Microsoft, and Marketing and Finance roles in numerous start-ups. Marc was a founding investor in Acta Technology.

Vishal Saxena is responsible for leading technology development and engineering for the Intalio|Works division. Mr. Saxena was the Senior Development Manager for the Oracle Business Process Analysis Suite. He was Oracle's chief evangelist for BPMS. Prior to his 8 years at Oracle, Mr. Saxena was at Abilizer Solutions and Tata Consulting Services.

Joanne Syben is responsible for engineering development for the Intalio|Cloud division. Ms. Syben has 25 years of development and leadership experience in OS and storage software. Prior to Intalio, she was Sr. Director ESX R&D in charge of core storage at VMware. Prior to VMware, Ms. Syben was VPE at GreenBorder, InterSAN and SCO.
