New Executive Information Technology (IT) Certificate Series Helps Professionals Focus On Advancing Careers

IT professionals, however, may find it difficult to find the right training needed to advance their own careers within their organization.  Together with the University of North Texas' Professional Development Institute, Farr and a team of associates are launching a certificate-based leadership series designed to provide strategic skills to professionals seeking career advancement opportunities.

The series is unique in that it is focused specifically on the IT executive, said Farr.  Participants will take away solutions to challenges faced in the workplace and ideas on advancing into upper levels of management.

Farr says this dynamic certificate program equips IT professionals to deliver better business outcomes through improved planning and execution, while helping raise their own corporate visibility.

The new series offers 12 classes (individual days) leading to a Certificate in IT Executive Leadership.  Participants are encouraged to enroll in courses – comprised of four class days – and eventually take all 12 classes to achieve the Certificate in IT Executive Leadership.
