New Enviance Capabilities Simplify and Streamline EH&S Data Management

CARLSBAD, Calif., May 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Enviance, a leader in cloud-based Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) management software, continues to reinforce their market leadership by delivering a number of enhancements to their solutions in 2016. These changes include expanded capabilities and increased functionality in several of the company's products, including the Enviance Portal – a data entry and visualization tool optimized for EH&S – as well as its Inspections and Ergonomics solutions. These enhancements are a result of the company's ongoing commitment to evolve solutions as the global discipline of EH&S management changes.

Included among the recent enhancements is an improved platform layout and navigation. System navigation is now mobile-friendly with a new, more progressive look and feel making it easier and more intuitive when navigating between EH&S solutions. This upgraded interface and greater ease of use will contribute to efficiency and long-term success of Enviance clients.

Known for its strength in complex data management, Enviance has further improved this aspect of the solution through its Enviance Portal. The Portal now offers more flexibility in organizing data the way users need to see it—enabling customization of views, drag and drop, resizing and the reordering of table columns.

Enviance also continues to invest in its InspectionApp solution, which helps streamline inspections enterprise-wide. The newest InspectionApp feature is the Library of Questions—enabling users to select relevant questions or groups of questions to create forms and reports more quickly and easily. It will also enable easier analysis by letting users compare individual question results across facilities or inspection types.

Finally, the company's Office Ergonomics Software (OES), which assesses and provides insight into employee ergonomic risks, has been upgraded to let users see their relative overall ergonomic risk level. The solution will also show employees how completing specific actions directly affects their ergonomic risk.
