New England Realty Associates Declares Distribution

ALLSTON, Mass., March 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On March 31, 2010, New England Realty Associates Limited Partnership (Amex: NEN) will make a distribution to its Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts.  Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts of record as of March 15, will be entitled to a quarterly distribution in the amount of $7.00 per Class A Partnership Unit, or $.70 per Depositary Receipt.  Each Depositary Receipt represents a beneficial ownership of one-tenth of a Class A Partnership Unit.  Depositary Receipts are listed on AMEX under the trading symbol "NEN".
