New England Biolabs® Launches NEBNext® Product Selector

IPSWICH, Mass., Nov. 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- New England Biolabs (NEB^®) today launched the NEBNext Selector, an online, interactive tool that helps researchers easily determine the optimal NEBNext product for every step in their next generation sequencing (NGS) sample preparation workflow.

This free online tool asks a series of targeted questions related to the user's NGS platform, sample type, desired protocol, and other relevant experimental factors. NEBNext products are then evaluated for optimal utility in the experiment, and a list of options are presented, accompanied by technical data and a direct link for convenient ordering.

NEBNext Selector is compatible with the leading NGS platforms, including Illumina^®, and includes all applicable sample types; for example, the Selector can recommend sample prep reagents for Illumina sequencing with DNA, ChIP DNA, FFPE DNA, microbiome DNA, bisulfite-treated DNA, total RNA/mRNA, and small RNA.
