HORSHAM, Pa., Jan. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- New Diligence Advisors (NDA), a national third-party review firm, today announced that S&P Global Ratings Agency has added the company to its list of third-party review firms (TPRs). This important validation indicates that S&P Global Ratings has completed their review of NDA and, in their opinion, NDA meets the assessment factors discussed in their criteria "Methodology and Assumptions for Rating U.S. RMBS Issued 2009 And Later," published Feb. 22, 2018.
The addition was recently posted on S&P Global Ratings' publication RatingsDirect®.
"We are pleased to be included among the TPRs that are now cleared to perform due diligence on S&P Global Ratings' rated deals," said Mark Hughes, NDA's chief operating officer. "We built NDA because we believed that the market was looking for new alternatives in the TPR space. Making S&P's and the other rating agencies' lists, gives our clients and other market participants a new option when it comes to due diligence."
In addition to S&P Global Ratings, NDA has also been approved by Fitch Ratings, Morningstar Credit Ratings and Kroll Bond Ratings Agency (KBRA) as a TPR for U.S. RMBS.
