The new data center provides 14 terabytes (TB) of storage, supporting the 4-plus billion data records in our databases today with sub-second (300 ms) response times on queries of this data within our software platform.  The improvements include:

• 100% redundancy for application server hardware with instant local failover capability in the case of a server hardware failure;
• 100% redundancy of all data in the data center, utilizing RAID 5 and 10 with hot spare drives so no data is lost in the case of a drive failure;
• Redundant internet connections to provide instant failure in the case of a loss of connectivity by a network connection;
• Routine off-site back up of all systems for rapid return-to-service in case of any emergency outage;
• 99.999% guaranteed up-time by the data center;
• Continuous 24x7 monitoring with full-time professional network management support.
