New CRMLS Marketplace To Offer Subscribers Discounted Business Products

SAN DIMAS, Calif., July 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On Monday, July 18^th, California Regional MLS (CRMLS) will open the CRMLS Marketplace to subscribers, an online portal through which they can purchase valuable business tools and technology at a discounted rate.

The Marketplace will be accessible through CRMLS.org and will feature products deemed by CRMLS to be useful and effective tools for managing business as a real estate professional. Subscribers will be able to purchase products on an individual basis, rather than through their associations. As the largest MLS in the country, CRMLS's significant negotiating power allows the company to offer subscription to these new products at significantly discounted rates.

At launch, the CRMLS Marketplace will offer four unique products:

Spacio, a digital application to help agents capture, convert, and manage leads at open houses;
CallAction, a virtual assistant software for agents, teams, and brokerages;
ListReports, a free program that generates multiple styles of marketing materials for listed properties; and
Cloud MLX, a streamlined, agent-centric front-end option for working in your MLS.
