NEW CITY, N.Y., May 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael Hirsch, President of MZM Corp., has announced his New City, NY-based firm's 25th anniversary. MZM has served the Metro NYC, Hudson Valley and Long Island construction and construction management markets for a quarter of a century. The company was founded in 1992 as general contractors for commercial and high-end residential markets. Hirsch has leveraged his team's 100+ years of Metro NY building and construction purchasing experience to provide a superior hands-on construction management service. Their real world experience enables them to guide customers to products and services with the best mix of quality, performance, and price, solving the complex issues of New York area construction projects.
Hirsch builds his New York dream team at MZM Corp.
Mr. Hirsch had over 10 years of construction experience before opening the firm, including on-the-job training by Tishman Construction at Epcot in Orlando. His extensive experience includes a seven-story gut and rehab project in Manhattan as well as world famous restaurants, schools, hotel lobbies and more. With his decision to strike out on his own, Hirsch wanted to build a "dream team" of NYC talent. First, he partnered with Robert Winnicki, who serves as both Partner and Vice President, and has been in the Metro NY construction trade for 35+ years. He is a licensed Construction Superintendent and has extensive knowledge of most aspects of construction. Majed Abujaber completes the construction triumvirate as President of Benchmark Construction, MZM Corp.'s sister company, and has been an accomplished NYC builder for over 25 years, specializing in high-end residential projects in Manhattan. Their deep knowledge base allows them to deliver the know-how to both build and provide construction management services in the demanding New York construction arena.

"MZM Corp.'s 25th Year Anniversary" tells the firm's story pictorially, highlighting the breadth of their projects. The video opens with an explanation of MZM's quarter-century experience in general contracting and construction management, with a focus on both new construction and gut and rehab work for commercial and upscale residential markets. There are exterior and interior shots that reveal the finer details of MZM's work. The exposé segues into commercial gut and rehab projects, highlighting a six-story gut and rehab at 152 Franklin Street in Tribeca, the youth wing of the Brooklyn Library, a historic Brooklyn music school plus a dance studio. It continues with several Manhattan commercial entrances, lobbies, and interiors. The commercial segment culminates with a Fashion Avenue showroom and several upscale Manhattan restaurants.
The residential portion of the piece features exteriors and interiors of upscale homes in Scarsdale and Rye, NY. A gut and rehab of a classic estate in Chappaqua, NY reveals the details of their work on both the interior and exterior of the home. The video's final chapter features works in duplexes and triplexes in Manhattan's Gramercy Park, Upper East Side and Downtown neighborhoods, showcasing both modern and classic living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, staircases and more. Some of their work has been featured in Architectural Digest. A heartfelt thank you extended to 25 years worth of clients completes the piece.
