New Chapter Announces Acquisition of Canadian Distribution Rights

BRATTLEBORO, Vt., Sept. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- New Chapter, Inc. today announced the acquisition of its Canadian distribution rights by its newly formed subsidiary, New Chapter Canada, Inc. New Chapter Canada acquired the distribution rights of New Chapter products from the Canadian company Advantage Health Matters.

The decision to purchase its Canadian distribution rights was influenced by the successful business relationship between Advantage Health Matters President Jerry Zeifman and New Chapter. He is personally dedicated to being a living example of health and healing," said Schulick. Beginning immediately, New Chapter Canada will introduce new bilingual packaging, brochures, national advertising and a new bilingual Canadian website. We can now more fully utilize our soul to soul marketing approach in better serving our customers."

Executive Team
