New Board of Directors and Chief Executive Director Appointed at Elan

Elan sharpens its focus on further developing its core business in the sporting goods industry, by welcoming three new board members to its team:
- Michaela Stitz, former Nike Vice President and General Manager for Central and Eastern Europe;
- Pascal Aymar, former Reebok Vice President of Marketing for Asia Pacific and former Salomon Brand Director; and
- Jeffrey Tirman, Director of a London-based credit investment fund.
Their global experience and expertise will reinforce Elan's ability to continue innovating and carving new paths in the industry.

Michaela Stitz, who will serve as Non-Executive Chairwoman of the board, has extensive international management experience which will drive Elan towards reaching its aggressive growth goals. Mrs. Stitz is an expert in the field of branding. Her final role at Nike was as the VP and GM for CEE where she oversaw 82 countries.
Pascal Aymar, Non-Executive Director, is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience with companies such as Salomon, Scott and Reebok/Adidas. In 1980, he joined Salomon and held a variety of positions. He was Reebok group's VP Marketing for Asia-Pacific, and also GM at Coalision in charge of the brand development in Europe and Asia.
Jeffrey Tirman, Chief Executive Director, has over 28 years of international investment and restructuring experience. Mr. Tirman has executed several long and complex corporate restructurings, reorganizations and recapitalizations. From 2009 through 2013, Mr. Tirman was an adjunct professor of Advanced Corporate Finance for the Masters of Sciences in Finance program at l'Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
