New "Aquiller" Software From Arch Saves Customers Time, Money and Paper by Generating HR Documents Automatically

Arch, an SAP partner, announced today the general availability in the US and UK of Aquiller, new software that integrates with the SAP® ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution, enabling users to automatically generate documents like employee contracts and employee transfers. Since the data to generate these documents comes directly from the SAP solution, Aquiller-generated documents are consistent and less prone to human error. The automation, user-friendly interface and accuracy that Aquiller provides helps companies save significant amounts of money, time and paper. Technical Requirements
Arch can be installed on systems running the SAP NetWeaver® 7.0 platform (e.g., the SAP ERP 6.0, SAP Customer Relationship Management and SAP Supplier Relationship Management applications, the SAP NetWeaver Process Integration offering, and Basis)and supports any SAP ERP HCM from version 4.6. Aquiller requires a connection to an email server and printer using a standard SAP solution-based configuration. Client operating systems supported are Windows (XPsp2+)and Mac (OSX 10.4.9+). Minimum system requirements are 2Gb RAM, Pentium 4+ CPU (Mac: Intel Core Duo+). Aquiller operators require Adobe Reader (v8.1+); Aquiller web approvers require Adobe Flash Player (v9.0+).
