On May 19, 2014, Gogo Inc. (Gogo) announced that its business aviation group, Aircell, has appointed Shuaib Shahid to the position of Manger, Service Sales. In the new position, Shuaib is responsible for developing the Company's Inmarsat-based service initiatives in the global business aviation market, including the recently launched new SwiftBroadband airtime programs. (Level 3) announced that it has signed an agreement with Vyve Broadband, a US based cable and internet services provider, to deliver the Level 3 Carrier Cloud Voice Solution. According to Level 3, the cloud-based solution will provide Vyve the platform to enhance its voice services delivery and ensure a reliable customer experience while minimizing the typical infrastructure and ongoing operating expenses of an in-house solution. Cray Inc. Analyst Notes
On May 20, 2014, Cray Inc. (Cray) announced that the Center for Computational Sciences (CCS) at the University of Tsukuba in Japan has put the Company's CS300 cluster supercomputer into production, named "COMA" which stands for Cluster Of Many-core Architecture processors. The Company informed that this is the second Cray CS300 system unveiled in the last six months. The COMA system utilizes Intel Xeon processors and Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors, and will provide CCS with a powerful tool for performing research in the areas of space physics, theory of elementary particles, life sciences, and material sciences. Commenting on the launch, Prof. Taisuke Boku, Chair of the Administrative Committee for the Computer Systems at CSS, University of Tsukuba, said, "With the sophisticated implementation of the Cray CS300 system, COMA occupies an incredibly small footprint for a petaflop supercomputing system. Diebold Inc. Analyst Notes

(Diebold) and Diebold distributor TouchPoint Limited (Touchpoint) announced that they are deploying 50 energy-efficient Diebold 429 automated teller machines (ATM) for Pakistan's Meezan Bank. According to the Company, the Diebold 429 is the world's greenest ATM and emphasizes Meezan Bank's commitment to the environment. The ATM operates using as little as 70 watts of power and features an intelligent-powered management system that counteracts unreliable power availability to enhance ATM uptime for Meezan Bank's customers. "Meezan Bank's new Diebold 429 ATMs will significantly reduce the bank's energy costs while ensuring its customers have reliable and expanded access to self-service banking," said Tabish Sabah, CEO, TouchPoint. It also features integrated security solutions such as Europay, MasterCard and Visa (EMV) card readers and biometric technology to help fight global card fraud and digital security threats. The restructuring was accomplished through a merger under Section 251 of the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, pursuant to which all stockholders of the Company at the effective time became stockholders of the new holding company, Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc.
