New Amsterdam Continues to Grow with the Launch of Citron and Coconut Flavored Vodkas
MODESTO, Calif., July 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- New Amsterdam Spirits is proud to announce the newest additions to its portfolio, New Amsterdam Citron and Coconut Flavored Vodkas. Like its existing flavored vodkas, both New Amsterdam Citron and Coconut are five times distilled for unparalleled smoothness and are made from the finest quality grains and fruit flavors.

New Amsterdam Citron & Soda
- 1 ½ New Amsterdam Citron Vodka
- 4 oz. club soda
- Lemon wedge garnish
Directions: Fill a rocks or highball glass to the rim with ice cubes. Pour New Amsterdam Citron Vodka and the soda water over the ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Citron Sipper

- 1 1/2 oz. New Amsterdam Citron Flavored Vodka
- 2-3 Slices of muddled cucumber
- Pinch of cilantro
- 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
- Lemon-lime soda
- Cucumber & cilantro garnish
Directions: Combine, shake and strain vodka, cucumber, cilantro & simple syrup into an iced collins glass. Top with lemon-lime soda and garnish with a cucumber & cilantro.
New Ginger Zing

- 1 1/2 oz. New Amsterdam Citron Flavored Vodka
- 2-3 Slices of muddled ginger
- 2 Slices of muddled lemon
- 1 oz. Agave syrup (1/2 agave nectar & 1/2 water)
- Soda water
- Mint
Directions: Combine, shake and strain all ingredients into an iced rocks glass. Top with a few splashes of soda water and garnish with a mint leaf.
New Amsterdam Coconut Flavored Vodka Cocktails
New Amsterdam Coco Breeze
- 1 ½ oz. New Amsterdam Coconut Vodka
- 3 oz. pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedge garnish
Directions: Combine New Amsterdam Coconut Vodka and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks or martini glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
The Perfect Gentleman

- 1 oz. New Amsterdam Coconut Flavored Vodka
- 1 oz. Caramel Irish cream liqueur
- 1 oz. Chocolate caramel liqueur
- Shaved dark chocolate flakes
Directions: Combine, shake and strain all ingredients into a chilled martini glass and garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
Coconut Cove

- 2 oz. New Amsterdam Coconut Flavored Vodka
- 1 1/2 oz. coconut water
- 1 1/2 oz. lychee syrup
- Cream of coconut
- Coconut flakes
Directions: Combine, shake and strain all ingredients into a chilled martini glass rimmed with cream of coconut and coconut flakes.
