New America Energy Corp. Announces Strategic Nevada-Based Acquisition.
LAS VEGAS, Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- New America Energy Corp. (OTCQB: NECA) is pleased to announce it has executed a mineral property acquisition option agreement to acquire certain rights in the Mud Lake Lithium Project, Nye County, Nevada. The 20 placer claims (approx 3200 acres) are strategically located in this prime lithium mining region.
Rick Walchuk, President of New America Energy Corp. reports, "Lithium is a sector of the strategic minerals market that has generated a tremendous amount of global interest. Lithium ion based products, including the expanding electric car category, are seeing phenomenal growth projections. I believe that this is an area where New America Energy can be a very successful player. We are actively searching and evaluating additional opportunities that we hope to finalize in the near future."
The Mud Lake Lithium Project property is located nine miles southwest of Tonopah Nevada in the Ralston Valley. The Mud Lake property consists of twenty placer claims in Nye County.
