Nevada State Bank wins Gold in "Best of Reno" for a second year in a row

RENO, Nev., Sept. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- For a second year in a row, Nevada State Bank was voted "Best Bank" in the "Best of Reno" contest presented by the Reno Gazette-Journal.

Focusing on the Reno/Sparks area, Nevada State Bank took first place over all banks and credit unions. Winners of this competition are both nominated and voted on by local residents, making this honor all the more meaningful to the bank and its colleagues.

In addition to the Northern Nevada win, Nevada State Bank won three Readers' Choice Awards with readers of the Elko Daily Free Press selecting the bank as the gold winner in the "Best Lender" category, silver winner for "Best Bank" and bronze for "Best Employer, Non-Mining." In Southern Nevada, the bank was named the gold award winner for "Best Bank" in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's annual "Best of Las Vegas" reader's poll. It also won silver in the RJ poll for "Best Customer Service" across all types of businesses.
