NEUBERGER NEXT GENERATION CONNECTIVITY FUND INC. NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS - SOURCES OF DISTRIBUTION UNDER SECTION 19(a)

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- This announcement provides stockholders of Neuberger Next Generation Connectivity Fund Inc. (NYSE: NBXG) (the "Fund") with important information concerning the sources of distribution declared in August 2026, as required by the Fund's managed distribution policy (the "Policy"). The Fund's Board of Directors approved the implementation of the Policy to make monthly cash distributions to common stockholders, stated in terms of a fixed amount per share of common stock, and can terminate or change the Policy at any time. The Fund declared a distribution of $0.12 per share of common stock to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 15, 2026, with a payable date of September 30, 2026.

The following table sets forth an estimate of the sources of the Fund's September 2026 distribution and its cumulative distributions paid this fiscal year to date (November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026). Amounts are expressed on a per share of common stock basis and as a percentage of the distribution amount.
