Sprotte as vice president of human resources. With more than 25 years of human resources experience, Sprotte comes to NHR from Pacific Dental Services, one of the nation's largest dental management organizations with 3,000 employees and 210 offices. As chief people officer, he was responsible for human resources, doctor development, management development, compliance and risk management. Prior to that, Sprotte spearheaded human resources for Health Solutions and Corporate Center segments of McKesson Corp., the largest pharmaceutical distributor and healthcare IT company in North America. During his tenure, Sprotte led numerous initiatives to improve process efficiency and employee development while positioning human resources to better serve the company. He also has worked for retail stalwart Sears, Roebuck and Co. and $6 billion equipment maker Case Corp.
