Mr. Grady has extensive experience leading high-performance teams on the delivery of complex IT integration projects on time and under budget while exceeding clients' expectations. Before joining the NetSecurity team, Mr. Grady held leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, and Systems Engineering, Inc. Mr. Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
