Chris Brennan is the chief executive officer and founder, and has served on the company's board since its inception. Mr. Brennan is responsible for the company's strategic vision. Jeff Ellis is the vice president of business development.  Most recently, Mr. Ellis served as a managing partner for a boutique consulting firm where he focused on the security, compliance and legal services markets.
