As NetAmerica continues to grow and expand in rural America, the addition of Mr. Donlea brings added depth and capability to an already strong management team.

Scott Donlea comes to NetAmerica with more than 27 years of experience in the wireless industry. He began his career in sales at Motorola and continued building his expertise with key roles at US West Cellular and Commnet Cellular.
In 1992, he joined Rural Cellular Corporation and as Senior Vice President of Network and Product Development, helped grow the company from start-up to a major carrier with annual revenues in excess of $635M, delivering service to five (5) major regions in fifteen (15) states. He help guide Rural Cellular Corporation through a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) and led all product development, network design and optimization, as well as network construction and maintenance, until the company's acquisition by Verizon Wireless in August 2008 at a total transaction value of approximately $2.67B.
Mr. Donlea has been very active in wireless industry organizations, and as a charter member of the Rural Cellular Association (RCA), he founded the RCA Business and Marketing Committee which he chaired for six years. Since the acquisition of Rural Cellular Corporation and prior to joining the NetAmerica Alliance, he served as CEO of Thermo Bond Buildings LLC, which is a manufacturer of custom built and integrated telecom shelters.
