Net Savings Link Completes Funding Round and Prepares to Open its Annual and Platinum Level Memberships
CLEARWATER, Fla., June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Savings Link, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CXLT), a company in the business of building a diversified brand that continually delivers more choices of quality discount deals and savings to the mass consumer markets of individuals, families, organizations, and networks throughout the United States, announced today the completion of a $849,931 funding round which will facilitate the opening of its annual and platinum level memberships this week.
On June 10, 2011, Net Savings Link finalized an aggregate loan of $849,931.76 from a Hong Kong based company, secured by three promissory notes. The notes have a maturity date in two years and are convertible, at the election of the holder, for restricted shares of common stock at the rate of 50% of the market price per share of common stock on the date of conversion. For example, if the market price of the common stock is $1.00, for each $0.50 of debt converted, the holder will receive one restricted share of common stock.
"With the completion of this latest round of financing, Net Savings Link is now in position to begin marketing its annual and platinum level memberships by implementing a partnering strategy with media advertising entities nationwide. By leveraging our annual memberships as incentive and barter currency, we are able to acquire high volume media at a substantial discount. In addition, we are reaching out to the military, firemen, policemen and teachers through various unions and organizations where advertising costs are minimal. Our goal now is to have millions of potential customers see, en masse, the unique discount and money saving features and benefits of NetSavingsLink.com, by employing multiple bulk venues," said David Saltrelli, President & CEO.
"We expect to see the 'Show Your Phone' feature of our Platinum Level Membership appeal directly to the tens of millions of U.S. Smart Phone customers. Platinum Level Members that own a Smart Phone will now be able to download a discount coupon of their choice directly to their Smart Phone and simply 'Show Their Phone' to the respective vendor. With as little as one use per month Platinum Level Members should be able to cover the $9.95 per month cost," added Saltrelli.
Our "Deal of the Day" Program is in the final stages of Beta Testing and should soon be opening. As a special introductive incentive, we will be offering a free one month membership in Net Savings Link for everyone that purchases a Deal of the Day. A portion of the latest funding will be allocated to new Deal of the Day category offering, and Net Savings Link will now be able to offer Deal of the Day Partnerships to virtually every company in the media industry. Our media partners will simply advertise on their own TV or Radio Station, or in their Newspaper or Magazine, and drive the traffic to our "partnered" Deal of the Day Site. Net Savings Link makes the sale with no advertising cost, then pays out half the profits to the respective media partner.
