Ness Completes First Year as Software Engineering Partner for Amadeus
Bangalore Lab Collaborates in Development for Amadeus' Online Solutions

(NASDAQ: NSTC and TASE: NSTC), a global provider of information technology solutions and services, announced today that its Software Product Labs SM business unit has completed the first year of a multi-year engagement as software engineering partner for Amadeus, a leading travel technology partner and transaction processor for the global travel and tourism industry.
During this first year, Ness Software Product Labs has built a team of 150 people and collaborated in the development of elements of the Amadeus e-Commerce Product Suite and solutions such as Checkmytrip.com, which allows travelers to check up-to-date itineraries online, and business intelligence solutions.
Operating from a software product lab in Bangalore, Ness' role is an extension of Amadeus' global R&D efforts, enabling them to better service the needs of travel partners worldwide.
