(NEI) has selected BENEFITFOCUS HR INTOUCH® to transform its benefits administration strategy from paper dependent to cloud-based. HR InTouch seamlessly integrates all plan options into a single enrollment workflow, providing one place for NEI's 2,200 benefit-eligible employees and retirees to shop and enroll in coverage. NEI will leverage the portal's rules-based engine and advanced decision support tools to present healthcare information in a way that is easy to understand. The BENEFITFOCUS® Plan Shopping App provides guidance throughout the enrollment process, displaying the correlation between health-related behavior and out-of-pocket costs for each plan option. Additionally, a video library featuring more than 300 videos empowers NEI's employees to make more informed decisions about their healthcare and benefit elections.
