NEC Networks and System Integration Corporation and 128 Technology Expand Partnership

BURLINGTON, Mass., March 7, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Session Smart routing company 128 Technology today announced that NEC Networks and System Integration Corporation (NESIC) and 128 Technology have expanded their partnership. Under the terms of the original partnership announced in 2017, NESIC deployed the 128T Networking Platform (128T) internally to support its network transformation initiatives while also reselling the 128T to enterprises, telecommunication, and government customers worldwide. Building on the early success between the two companies, NESIC will launch a managed SD-WAN service powered by the 128T in April 2018. 

The new NESIC SD-WAN offering supports enterprises of all sizes across a wide range of industries as well as traditional service providers.  The solution delivers compelling ROI by enabling customers to lower the costs of operating their networks and a fraction of the cost of legacy routing solutions. The NESIC SD-WAN service is deployed in a native Japanese GUI and offers customers a wealth of capabilities including application classification, fabric traffic management, and zero touch configuration and provisioning.
