NCRI-US Press Conference on Iran Doubling Down on Terror
Tehran terror decision-making to be exposed
WASHINGTON, Nov. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Council of Resistance of Iran – U.S. Representative Office (NCRI-US) will hold a press conference on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 10:30 am, to discuss the details on the role of the most senior Iranian regime officials in a new wave of terrorism against Iranian dissidents in the United States and Europe. It will also unveil the agencies involved in the decision-making, planning, and execution of terror operations.
On October 30th, Denmark announced that an Iranian national working for the Iranian regime's Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) had been arrested for plotting an assassination in that country. Earlier, two Iranian MOIS agents operating under the cover of diplomats were implicated in the terror plot on June 30, 2018 against the major Iranian opposition rally in Paris attended by NCRI officials as well as senior American, European and Middle Eastern figures. In August, the FBI arrested two MOIS agents, involved in intelligence gathering on officials of the NCRI in the United States for a "capture and kill operation."
In addition, NCRI will reveal the Iranian regime's sophisticated scheme to retain billions of dollars in revenues from oil and gas exports to continue funding its crackdown at home, wreaking havoc in the Middle East and carrying out assassinations against dissidents abroad.
The book, Iran Doubles Down on Terror and Turmoil, will also be released at the conference.
