NBC Bay Area Announces 2012 San Francisco Giants Broadcast Schedule
Seventeen Games Will Be Broadcast to Bay Area Fans
SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- In its fifth season as the broadcast home of the San Francisco Giants, NBC Bay Area today announced it will air 15 regular season baseball games and two spring training games in 2012. The schedule includes three games with rival Los Angeles Dodgers and two games with the Oakland A's.
"This is a great organization putting together another outstanding roster in 2012," said NBC Bay Area President and General Manager Richard Cerussi. "The Giants have one of the most exciting teams in baseball, and we're thrilled to be able to bring these 17 games to our viewers."
The NBC Bay Area games will feature Mike Krukow and John Miller in the broadcast booth. As they have for the previous four years, Comcast SportsNet Bay Area will provide production services for the NBC Bay Area games in 2012. All 15 regular season games will air in full HD.
