NBC 5 / KXAS-TV Hires Mark Hayes as Morning Anchor
Mark Hayes to Join Deborah Ferguson as Co-anchor of NBC 5 News Today
DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas, April 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- NBC 5 / KXAS-TV today announced that Mark Hayes will co-anchor NBC 5 News Today from 4:30 a.m. – 7 a.m. weekdays with Deborah Ferguson, starting in May.
Hayes has been the morning news anchor at WAGA-TV in Atlanta, for the past ten years. He was previously an anchor/reporter at WXYZ-TV in Detroit and WBAL-TV in Baltimore. Early in his career, Hayes was a television reporter at KMGH in Denver and WOKR in Rochester, NY.
