VIENNA, Va., May 18, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 3 p.m. ET, Navy Federal Credit Union Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Susan Brooks will host a ceremony recognizing the first four employees to graduate from Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) through the LFCC and Navy Federal Partnership Program. Navy Federal leadership, employees, and family members will attend as Dr. Cheryl Thompson-Stacy, LFCC President, confers the Associates of Applied Science in Business Management degrees. The partnership between LFCC and Navy Federal is the first and only of its kind in the area, offering a curriculum specifically designed to complement Navy Federal's service and leadership culture.

Navy Federal launched the LFCC partnership program in 2009 to provide more options for business and leadership development to its 1,255 team members Winchester Operations employees. The program currently has 25 employees enrolled at Lord Fairfax Community College.
