Navvis & Company Re-Locates National Headquarters; Consolidates St. Louis Offices in State-of-the-Art Healthcare Facility

The move places Navvis on the top floor of an innovative three-story healthcare facility it helped to design and construct for St. John's Mercy Medical Center and the St. Louis Cancer and Breast Institute. The building, which officially opened August 30, 2010, represents two years of comprehensive strategic planning in which Navvis assisted St. John's in identifying competitive market strategies and potential physician alignments, and helped to navigate the eventual collaborative partnership between St. John's and the St. Louis Cancer and Breast Institute.

They needed resources and a strong infrastructure to continually enhance the care they provided. St. John's was seeking opportunities to grow its own cancer services and physician alignments. After the physicians looked at their alternatives, they elected to fully integrate with the St. John's Medical Center once the terms and conditions were agreed upon and a common vision embraced. The shared vision led to the development of the new facility on Clayton Road that was designed and built by Navvis subsidiary, VisDev Ventures. Navvis will occupy 10,000 square-feet on the third floor, consolidating its two St. Louis locations — the former headquarters at 15450 South Outer Forty Drive in Chesterfield and a smaller office at 15933 Clayton Road.

The first floor will encompass the St. Louis Cancer and Breast Institute physician practice offices as well as radiology, imaging and infusion services and a small cafe. The second floor is primarily dedicated to surgical services, including four state-of-the-art operating rooms, observation and recovery areas and overnight stay patient rooms. Additionally, there is a holistic health center with a focused healing environment for alternative therapies and services. The third floor also has several primary care physician group practices along with Navvis' headquarters.
