Natural Partners Announces Winner Of Inaugural Scholarship For The Academy Of Integrative Health & Medicine Fellowship Program
Scholarship reinforces Natural Partners' commitment to education for the integrative health community
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Oct. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Helping to further education within the integrative health community, Natural Partners, Inc. is proud to announce the inaugural winner of the Natural Partners Scholarship through the Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine (AIHM) Fellowship program. Denise Spector, PhD, MPH, NP, an oncology nurse practitioner, is the first recipient of the Natural Partners Scholarship for the Fall 2016 semester.

The scholarship has given her an opportunity to participate in an Integrative Health and Medicine Program that she has been interested in completing for several years.

Spector is currently the Clinical Survivorship Program Director of the Duke Cancer Institute as well as an assistant consulting professor for the Duke University School of Nursing, teaching in the graduate program. She also provides holistic care in a cancer survivorship wellness clinic and focuses on integrating healthy lifestyle behaviors among patients with genitourinary cancers.
The Natural Partners Scholarship also will be awarded to new Fellows in the spring and fall semesters in 2017.
