Nationally Recognized Financial Services Attorney Donald Lampe Joins Morrison & Foerster

WASHINGTON, July 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Morrison & Foerster LLP is pleased to welcome Donald Lampe as a Partner in its Washington, D.C. office.  Mr. Lampe, who joins the Financial Services Group, is a nationally recognized expert in bank regulatory and consumer financial services issues, with significant experience in mortgage regulation.  Mr. Lampe advises banks, non-bank creditors, collection agencies, loan servicers and other financial services providers in connection with regulatory, compliance and administrative matters.  He also has extensive experience representing industry respondents in significant investigations, examinations and enforcement matters.
