CALABASAS, Calif., July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- National Technical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTSC) (NTS), a leading provider of engineering services, announced today that its Test Systems Engineering Division has been selected by The Boeing Company to provide Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems in support of its 777 Program. The ATE systems will perform tests on 777 systems, avionics and engines using automation to quickly perform measurements and evaluate the test results.
NTS' extensive experience in building and utilizing ATE systems provides Boeing with a unique competency in the delivery and implementation of ATE systems. The firm fixed price contract will continue through January 2011.
The ability to analyze the design from an end-user's perspective allows NTS to deliver a product that is not only of the highest quality and reliability, but is also easy to use.
