Kentucky is not immune from the kinds of insurance scams found in other major population centers. Law enforcement pressure has caused some scam artists to relocate away from those "urban pressure cookers" into regions that they mistakenly believe have a more "relaxed" enforcement environment.  At the Summit you will hear from law enforcement officials, prosecutors, regulators and private insurers as they discuss their innovative and coordinated efforts to detect, deter and defeat these criminals and prove that Kentucky is no place for them to set up shop.
