NEVADA CITY, Calif., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Rural Accountable Care Consortium is hosting a webinar on January 23 to discuss a proposed rule for the Medicare Shared Savings Program.

Lynn Barr, the Consortium's founder and Chief Transformation Officer says, "We've been evaluating the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) proposed rule in order to maximize participation and performance for rural providers." The Consortium's webinar on the Medicare Shared Saving Program Proposed Rule provides an opportunity for interested parties to review the Consortium's proposal and provide their feedback. CMS has pledged hundreds of millions of dollars to support rural providers to prepare for and join ACO's this year.
