National Press Club To Observe Moment of Silence For Annapolis Journalists July 5

WASHINGTON, July 2, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Thursday, July 5 the National Press Club will join with journalists across the country for a moment of silence to recognize those colleagues killed at the Annapolis Capital Gazette Newspaper last week. The moment of silence will take place at 2:33 and will be preceded by a reading of the names of the deceased: Rob Hiaasen, Gerald Fischman, Wendi Winters, John McNamara and Rebecca Smith.

Club members and other journalists are asked to gather in the 13^th floor lobby and on the big staircase that leads to the 14^th Floor by 2:30pm.
