National Press Club President John Hughes issued the following statement on the U.S.-Iran nuclear agreement

WASHINGTON, July 14, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- "We are troubled that as a U.S.-Iran agreement was announced, Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian remains imprisoned and unable to cover this important story. Iranians have no reason to continue holding Jason. We call for a fast end to Jason's trial with the only fair conclusion Iranians can reach -- that he is innocent of all charges.''
