National Millwork Inc. Expanding Operations to Texas

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla., Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- National Millwork Inc. announced it is expanding operations to Texas, hiring a staff to help deal with demand and prepare the company for future expansion.

"Opening a new office in Texas is a substantial move for strategic growth," said Otto Nonnenmann, CEO of National Millwork. "We have multiple contracts in Texas and our plan is to obtain contracts in the states east of the Rocky Mountains and west of the Mississippi river."

National Millwork Inc., a commercial and residential, door, hardware, trim and specialties manufacturer, distributor and contractor, has hired a senior-level management team from Nevada to run the Texas operation.

"We have many requests for bids in that region, and hiring new staff makes it more cost effective for us to service this area of the United States," said Nonnenmann, "with our expanded team we will be able to obtain and service contracts throughout the Southwest and most of the Midwest."

Our new staff in Texas, according to Nonnenmann, can generate revenues of almost $10-15m in 2016, and generate an operating profit in excess of $1m. Nonnenmann said the next step would be to open another facility similar to the South Florida facility.

National Millwork Inc. is a commercial and residential, door, hardware, trim and specialties manufacturer, distributor and contractor. The company supplies and installs hollow metal doors and frames, exterior and interior metal, wood, MDF (medium density fiberboard) and fiberglass pre hung doors, commercial and residential door hardware, interior trim and moldings, bathroom accessories, postal specialties, fire specialties, and closet shelving.
