National Medical Billing Services to Sponsor Tony LaRussa's Keynote Address

ST. LOUIS, Oct. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- National Medical Billing Services, a national healthcare revenue cycle management company that specializes in servicing ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and their affiliated surgeons, will sponsor World Series Champion coach Tony LaRussa's Keynote Address at Becker's 19^th Annual Ambulatory Surgery Centers  Conference.

As the winningest manager in St. Louis Cardinals history, LaRussa led the team to three National League championships and two World Series titles. During his 33 seasons as a major league manager, including stints with the Chicago White Sox and Oakland Athletics, LaRussa led teams to six league championships and three World Series titles.  He ranks third in all-time major league wins by a manager and was named Manager of the Year four times. LaRussa began his career in professional baseball as a player with the Kansas City Athletics in 1963. Over five seasons, he also played for the Atlanta Braves and Chicago Cubs.  When his playing career ended, LaRussa earned a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law.  LaRussa announced his retirement from baseball shortly after the Cardinals won the 2011 championship.
