Joe brings over 30 years of leadership experience in national intelligence and security. He recently retired from government service where he was Assistant Director of the National Maritime Intelligence – Integration Office and previously, a senior member of the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) where he served as Chief of Staff as well as Deputy Director for Operations Support. Prior to joining NCTC, Joe retired from a 28 year career in the United States Navy as a Captain in the Naval Intelligence Community.
