Methodology: How Great Place to Work Chose the 25 Best Worldwide
The World's Best Multinational Workplaces list is the first-ever ranking of the top 25 best workplaces that are determined through the lens of the company employees. Qualifying companies must have appeared on at least five national Great Place to Work lists, have at least 5,000 employees worldwide, and at least 40 percent (or 5,000 employees) of their global workforce must work outside of the company's home country. The 25 companies were selected from more than 350 multinational companies from 45 countries that participated in Great Place to Work best workplaces list selection processes in late 2010 through mid-2011.
