CHICAGO, Oct. 5, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- National Equity Fund, Inc. recently hired Jason Aldridge as vice president of originations. Aldridge is joining NEF's Central team and will be based in Dallas focusing on deals in the southern part of the country.

National Equity Fund, Inc. recently hired Jason Aldridge as vice president of originations. Aldridge is joining NEF's Central team and will be based in Dallas focusing on deals in the southern part of the country.

Most recently, Aldridge served as relationship manager with Wells Fargo Bank in Dallas where he was responsible for the origination, underwriting and closing of multi-family projects with a focus on Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties in Texas, New Mexico, California, Mississippi and Colorado. Prior to that he was a developer associate with White Rock Commercial, LLC based in Dallas, an assistant project manager with St. Joe Company in Panama City Beach, Florida, and a project developer at AIG Baker in Birmingham, Alabama.
