WASHINGTON, April 5 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Black Chamber of Commerce® is pleased to announce their 18th Annual National Convention on July 22-24, in Houston at the Four Seasons Hotel (an attractive group rate has been secured.) "Energy and Technology: The Drivers of the American Economy is this year's theme," announced President/CEO Harry C. Alford. Alford states, "Both fields are growing, evolving and potentially the source of many new contracts for small businesses and thus the creation of new jobs. This conference promotes capitalism and economic development."
